Quite often the benefits of coaching can best be utilised when integrated with other corporate development, change or learning programmes or as part of a company's succession, training or leadership programmes. The CIPD recently recognised the role coaching has to play in realising a return on the investment a business makes in these programmes - depending on the independent source quoted this added value equates to about 600%.
