In our previous newsletter we talked about coming out of recession and gave you some strategies that you can use to improve your performance and that of your business. The journey to a more successful business or a more successful you can be a long one and, for many, it could be quite a lonely journey.

Perhaps this is a little extreme for business, but you need to know your competitors well if you want to be better than they are. So where else can you go for support?

There is certainly no shortage of trainers, mentors and consultants who will offer you their solutions and expertise and some of these may be right for you.

The danger, frequently, of using 'experts' is that they will sell you their solution to your issues and therein lies the problem.
