Some of these follow the Coaching Enhanced Training format described below while others are delivered in a traditional coaching programme with objectives, metrics and duration agreed on a case by case basis.

Programmes can be subscribed to on a module by module basis or a certificated programme combining appropriate modules can be designed to meet the specific requirements of an individual or of an organisation.

Coaching Enhanced Training (CET)   is a unique approach creating outstanding leaders of successful professional practices.

CET has been developed by PCA in recognition that the benefit of certain types of non technical training tends to evaporate without re-enforcement and regular application.

Our CET programme has two key elements Training and Coaching with four distinct stages delivered over a 3-6 month period.  The key stages are

  • Acquire
  • Confirm
  • Apply
  • Capitalise

This structure allows key skills to be learned, enhanced and embedded atking into account individual thinking and learning styles of each delegate and the particular needs they will have in their practice.

The courses are delivered by experienced and highly trained PCA coaching staff.
